Annual Services

Fox Factory DH fork completely disassembled for an annual service.

Annual Fork

$150

  • Disassemble spring
  • Disassemble damper 
  • Inspect for wear/damage 
  • Clean all parts
  • Replace dust seals
  • Replace o-rings
  • Bleed damper with fresh oil
  • Reassemble with fresh grease and bath oil
  • Final inspection


Note: Depending on riding conditions and intensity, we recommend this service every 80-125 hours.


*Price does not include cost of service kit, usually $50-$70 depending on fork.

A Fox DPX2 shock completely disassembled for an annual service.

Annual Shock

$150

  • Disassemble air can 
  • Disassemble damper
  • Clean all parts 
  • Inspect for wear/damage
  • Install new air can seals 
  • Install new o-rings
  • Reset IFP 
  • Bleed damper with fresh oil
  • Charge IFP with nitrogen
  • Reassemble with fresh grease and oil
  • Check for correct function on hand dyno


Note: Depending on riding conditions and intensity, we recommend this service every 80-125 hours.


*Price does not include cost of service kit, usually $50-$70 depending on shock.

A Rockshox Reverb dropper post Completely disassembled for a mid-season service.

Annual Seatpost

$90

  • Disassemble seatpost
  • Clean all parts 
  • Inspect for wear/damage
  • Install new cartridge & bushings OR
  • Install new seal head, IFP and o-rings
  • Install and adjust new actuation cable OR
  • Bleed remote


Note: We recommend this service every 200 hours or if seatpost starts to sag.

Mid-Season Services

  • Inspect for bushing wear  or damage
  • Replace dust seals 
  • Replace foam rings
  • Reassemble with fresh grease and bath oil
  • Final inspection

  • Remove air can
  • Disassemble air can
  • Clean all parts
